2023 Kia EV6 Wind (RWD or e-AWD)
The base model EV6 is a promising buy for shoppers wanting loaded standard features without compromising their budget. It is available with a single motor and rear-wheel drive (RWD) or with dual motors and all-wheel drive (AWD).
Under the hood, the 2023 EV6 Wind (RWD) produces 225 horsepower and 258 lb.-ft of torque with a 310-mile range. Upgrading to AWD will get you a boost in power, though a slight dock in range. All-wheel-drive configurations come with 320 horsepower, 446 lb-ft of torque, and a 282-mile range.
Both models are equipped with 19-inch alloy wheels, a Smart Power Tailgate, and Push Button Start. Inside, drivers can easily control their vehicle thanks to a 12.3-inch Dual Panoramic Display plus Meridian Premium Audio System with 14 speakers.
Available on AWD models is a Technology Package. This further adds to the vehicle’s capabilities with a 360-degree camera that allows parking collision avoidance assist, remote smart parking assist, and a Blind-Spot View Monitor.

2023 EV6 GT (e-AWD only)
The GT is the most capable EV6, and it outperforms more than just electric vehicles. Up against some of the world’s fastest supercars, the EV6 GT leaves them in the dust. It’s faster than a Porsche 911, a Ferrari California, and almost a McLaren.
The GT model is AWD only and sacrifices a bit of range (206 miles) for its supercar-level performance. Check out some of its specs:
- 576 horsepower
- 545 lb-ft. Of torque
- 0-60 mph in 3.4 seconds
- 161 mph top speed
To handle this level of power, the GT is equipped with sport suspension featuring shock absorbers with electronically controlled damping.
Three drive modes (GT, Drift, and My Drive Mode) are added to the standard Eco, Normal, Sport, and Snow modes already offered on the other EV6. GT Drive Mode is the most dynamic setting and gives drivers the sharpest possible response. Drift, as the name suggests, distributes more power to the rear wheels. And finally, My Drive Mode allows the driver to customize various parameters individually.
Inside, the 2023 EV6 GT features high-bolstered sport seats covered in vegan suede with green piping and a GT moniker. Unique neon green dash accents and ambient lighting add to the sporty feel of the GT.
- 15-inch front brakes and large 14.2-inch rears
